You can use models under this license in commercial products and services.
What you can do
use in commercial products and services
fine-tune, distill, and create derivative models
redistribute model weights and derivatives
use for any personal or internal purpose
Conditions
must comply with Google's prohibited use policy
must include "Built with Gemma" notice in derivative works
must include the license terms when distributing
derivatives must be distributed under the same or compatible terms
What you cannot do
cannot use to develop weapons, surveillance tools, or generate illegal content
cannot use to create content that impersonates people without consent
Google disclaims all liability
provided "as is" without warranty
